According to the point 2.3.10 of the Statute of the Ukrainian Peace Council: Honored Awards of the Ukrainian Peace Council of the First and Second Degree are hand over to veterans of the peace movement, cultural, science, sports, education, politic workers, to prominent representatives of different religious organizations and to public figures who have made a great contribution to the work of peace preserving, humanism, justice and development of democratic, peace-loving Ukraine, for their long self-sacrificing public labor, patronage, professional work for the welfare of the Motherland, the growth of the national culture, science, education, the devotion to the peace affair and strengthening of the Ukrainian positions on the international scene.
A joint attribute to the Honored Award of the Ukrainian Peace Council is an Honor Sign of both degrees and a Diploma of Honored Award of the Ukrainian Peace Council.
